Lauren Scott – Awakening Guide, Channel, Healer, Author & Podcast Host

My awakening began early, when I realized I could turn lights on and off with the intensity of my emotions. That awareness led me to explore meditation, yoga, and energy from a young age. At 38, a dream during a mission trip to the Dominican Republic sparked a divine calling: to bring yoga, meditation, and crystal healing to a small Southern town. Within 12 weeks, the vision became reality—and with it came a deeper awakening.

I dove into countless modalities, discovering my intuitive gifts were a form of channeling. The journey wasn’t always easy—facing my shadow meant learning to lead without needing to be needed, setting boundaries, and letting go of people-pleasing. After selling my studios, the world shut down in 2020. I used that time to fully heal from Crohn’s and celiac diagnoses—conditions likely brought on by stress and betrayal.

As I healed, my gifts expanded. I began taking private clients, completed a Health & Wellness Coaching certification from Harvard Medical School, launched a podcast sharing transformative life stories, and published my first book, Achieving Harmony, in February 2025.

Today, I’m a proud mother to a high school senior, and I guide both men and women to become their highest selves—mind, body, career, and soul. I’m honored to join Awakenpedia, where my mission is to help YOU awaken, align, and thrive.
