I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and previously worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, as well as a geriatric care manager. My training also includes Reiki I & II, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Quantum Energetic Structural Therapy (QEST), all of which inform my holistic, integrative approach to wellness.
