| Intro Bio | Hi, my name is Becca: Psychology Expert, Light Healer & Holistic Wellness Practitioner. It’s my absolute joy in life to facilitate the healing of others, and that is exactly what I do. I don’t provide answers, I provide tools and resources, so you can continue the work outside of our sessions and, ideally, you won’t need me long-term. Whether you’re working with me 1:1, in a group healing program, or deep-diving on a retreat… my holistic approach to wellness means the healing keeps going beyond your time with me. A little about me? My story begins with my personal mental health struggles all through my childhood and teen years. I tried therapy, medication, and self-medicating through substance use – nothing worked. What ultimately led to my recovery was my own innate healing abilities, which is what I want to teach to you. I have a masters degree in psychology, coaching certification, Reiki practitioner certification, YTT certification, and more. I am also a guided meditation facilitator and mental health expert, but what really allows me to hold space for healing is that I care so deeply for each individual. With me, you will be seen, heard, and respected on your journey. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life path.
