Hey Awakened friends — I’m Jasmine, and I’m grateful to be sharing this space with you all.

I’m a wellness & relationship coach with an extensive professional background in mental & behavioral health. I’m passionate about helping others access the inner and outer resources they need to bloom in love & life. I’m also a yoga instructor, a bookworm, and a desert dweller.
My life is shared with a badass husband and a bunch of quirky animals who keep me on my toes.
I bring a mix of soul & science to my coaching approach — helping folks harmonize mind, body and spirit to deepen their connections with self and others.

My path into this field was born from my own liberation out of a toxic cocoon — years of codependent relationships, substance use, and self-abandonment that shaped a shame-based sense of identity.

Eventually, my inner rebel began steering the wheel toward a life of curiosity, truth, and healing,
plowing through doubts and barriers. Let’s be real – healing is messy and painful AF.
But I wouldn’t trade the fumbles, rejections, or losses for anything. They’ve all been stepping stones on this humbling path toward resiliency, rootedness, and self-trust.

Now, I get to walk alongside other women who’ve been the fixers, the feelers, the over-givers — and help them reclaim their rhythm, their worth, and their spirit.
