My journey into holistic healing began after a life-altering accident led me to discover Reiki and energy medicine—transforming not only my path, but the way I support others. Today, I blend my background in social work with certifications in Reiki Level 1 & 2 and intuitive life coaching to guide individuals through emotional healing, mindset shifts, and spiritual awakening.

I specialize in supporting those who are ready to break free from trauma, anxiety, burnout, and limiting beliefs—helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom, reclaim their worth, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
