      Rise & Shine Tribe

We won’t promise the pain disappears; we promise safety, release, and a community that helps carry what feels too heavy to hold alone.

Right now, the numbers speak louder than silence:

      • Suicide is the second leading cause of death for youth ages 10–24.

      • Nearly 20% of high school students have seriously considered suicide in the past year.

      • Around 12% of young adults (18–25) report suicidal thoughts — and nearly 2% have attempted.

      • Among LGBTQ+ youth, the crisis is even sharper: 41% have contemplated suicide and nearly 1 in 5 have attempted.

💔 These aren’t just numbers. They’re our friends, classmates, brothers, sisters, and children. This is why the Rise & Shine Tribe exists.

      What You’ll Gain

      • Relief from the spirals of anxiety, fear, and hopelessness

      • Tools to calm the racing thoughts and emotional storms

      • Boundaries that protect your energy from toxic friendships or family dynamics

      • Words for the moments when you feel misunderstood, silenced, or invisible

      • A circle of peers who get it — so you’re not fighting this battle alone

      What’s Inside (Two Weeks)

      • Nightly 60–75 min Healing Circles (Sept 19 – Oct 3, 8PM EST)

      • Creative Expression Nights — turning pain into poetry, art, and journaling

      • Mindfulness Practices — simple, powerful tools for stress and panic

      • Movement Release — gentle yoga/dance to release bottled-up emotions

      • Forgiveness & Letting Go — safe rituals to release shame, guilt, or anger

      • Self-Worth & Vision Nights — remembering your value and creating hope for tomorrow

      • Closing Ceremony — a collective send-off of love, support, and strength

      The Investment

Completely free for youth ages 12–25
Because when so many young lives are at stake, healing should never come with a price tag.

      Optional Add-Ons (for deeper support)

      • Thank you for this open and vulnerable share, Tywanah! These are terrifying statistics that I feel will only continue to worsen.

I see that you’re offering free support to teens/young adults (ages 12-25) and would like to learn more.

I have a depressed, anxious, suicidal 19 y.o. with Autism living at home and would appreciate more information about your offerings/services.🙏

Thank you for addressing this critically important subject, Tywanah. We are deeply grateful to have you here!🙏♥️
