Jenna McDonough posted an update Introducing Myself!Jenna McDonough holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Communications Journalism from Florida Atlantic University and began her career as an Elementary ESE teacher. While she found deep fulfillment in education, she also recognized the risk of burnout, which sparked her search for balance and well-being. That journey led her into the healing arts—becoming a certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and later expanding her practice into mindfulness, sound healing, energy work, breathwork, and somatic resets. Today, Jenna offers a wide range of services designed to help individuals and families regulate emotions, release stuck energy, and cultivate peace and presence in their daily lives. Her offerings include immersive sound bath experiences, lifestyle design programs, trauma-sensitive one-on-one sessions, and specialized parent guidance to support emotional intelligence in children. Each service is tailored to meet unique needs, blending science-backed practices with compassionate care. She is also the author of the social-emotional children’s book Kind Kids, the developer of the Peaceful Kids app—which includes resources for children, an adult meditation library, and two original courses (Highly Meditated: A Meditation Course and Introduction to the Healing Arts). A 2024 and 2025 member of the Forbes Health Advisory Board, Jenna is recognized for her expertise and dedication to advancing holistic well-being. Guided by both personal experience and professional training, she has made it her mission to create safe, supportive, and transformative spaces where children, parents, and adults alike can thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
