After over 2 decades of feeling “strange” in my being, I realized that all of the painful experiences, the loss + the internal battles were all a part of my growth as an intuitive healer. Growing up Catholic, I had a difficult time identifying with faith or religion, struggling to believe in a higher power due to my experiences of heavy grief, chaos & disappointment from an early age. As someone who was very vulnerable, empathic & open, all I wanted was for others not to feel sad inside, as I knew deep inner sadness, well. At an early age this got me in trouble more times than not and I started to feel closed off more and more.Struggling with depression, anxiety and crippling OCD, my experiences became harder for me to move through and my mind took over. While my mind was fighting me, my sisters body was fighting her. Chronic illness has almost taken my sisters life 3 times and doctor still seemed to have zero answers, so it became a mission of mine to help her find the root cause of her symptoms. Through my studies of root cause doctors, I started to heal my mind and body naturally through food and helping those around me do the same. As I started to heal naturally, I found inner healing, peace & a deep + profound connection to the universe and my psychic / intuitive gifts.For the last 5+ years, I have been dedicated to my growth, healing and connection to the earth & spirit. Through it all, I have evolved more and more with certifications in somatic healing, conscious expansion & nervous system regulation breathwork, as well as reiki i + ii. My mission is to help people find their inner healer by removing stagnant energy, patterns, and turning their pain into purpose.We heal when we feel.
