Intro Bio

My passion lies in creating meaningful change, whether through my private practice, engaging workshops, transformative classes, enriching training programs, rejuvenating retreats, or building community personally and professionally.

Loss shaped my life before I could even understand it. When I was just 18 months old, my baby brother, Jeff, passed away from sudden infant death syndrome. Though I had no memories of him, his absence left an unspoken void in my family and my heart. My parents, overwhelmed by grief, withdrew, and I subconsciously learned to associate love with loss. To protect myself, I built walls around my heart, fearing that a deep connection would inevitably lead to pain.

It wasn’t until 2008 when I began exploring the roots of my identity, that I truly confronted this early loss. Through Family Constellations (FC) and psychedelic immersion, I uncovered how Jeff’s exclusion from family conversations had shaped my fears and anxieties. For years, I had unknowingly carried the weight of his absence, afraid to acknowledge my grief or the impact it had on my ability to love and connect.

These healing modalities helped me break down the protective barriers I had built and reconnect with the parts of myself that had been lost. They showed me how acknowledging the past can open the door to deeper love, connection, and healing. This experience fuels my passion for sharing this transformative work, helping others rediscover themselves, reconnect with those around them, and build a sense of belonging in a world that often feels divided.

My journey to my current chapter in life began on the softball field, where I thrived as an NCAA three-time All-American and later dedicated two decades to playing and coaching. But when injuries and high school politics disrupted my path, I faced an identity crisis that ultimately led me to a deeper calling.

Returning to coaching, I realized that my players needed more than just technical guidance—they longed for connection, support, and a space to navigate personal challenges. Our team meetings evolved into what they called “group therapy,” revealing the profound impact of emotional well-being on performance and personal growth.

This realization ignited my passion for psychology. At 39, I returned to school, earning a master’s degree and transitioning from coaching to private practice. My desire to deepen my understanding led me to earn a doctorate in Humanistic and Clinical Psychology at 45, along with certifications as a Family and Systemic Constellation Facilitator and Psychedelic Integration Specialist.

Today, I create safe, sacred spaces for healing, transformation, and connection. My work is a reflection of my own personal evolution, and it is an honor to guide others on their journeys toward growth and self-discovery.

Fun Fact!

I have been inducted into two Althetic Halls of Fame.
