| Intro Bio | I am a mom of 2 teenagers. Olivia who is 18, and Aiden who is 15. I am a nursing assistant. I volunteer as peer recovery support in addition and mental health. I quit alcohol April 16 2014. I quit other drugs not to long after I quit alcohol. I was in 2 very abusive relationship and finally got divorced in October of 2021. I lost my mother who was my best friend 2 years ago. I went into very deep dark depression. I never thought I get out of. I slipped up went back into drugs. March 2024 I got on suboxen and it saved my life. I got back into church and got baptized again September 15 2024. I finally coming out of my depression. I have learned to put God first, then my recovery. It has helped me so much. I’m trying to learn myself again and learn how to put up boundaries. I have also learned to put myself first and grow in self-care. |
