This is Dana Theresa, The Metaphysical Mentor. I guide conscious leaders and heart-led healers to transcend their life’s obstacles so they can elevate their impact in the world. I am here to help you release what is no longer serving you, so you can be who your soul came here on Earth to be.

Transformative energy work is the foundation of my offerings, and this includes a special blend of Reiki, the Akashic Records, and shamanic healing practices. I am also a yoga teacher with a strong focus on creating harmony and balance in the energy centers, or chakras.

My Story

Growing up in a family afflicted by mental illness, I took on all of the pain of those around me. As a highly sensitive and deeply intuitive empath, I suppressed my truth and buried my emotions.  I became a nurse with the intention to help others heal, and I became frustrated with our healthcare system, which only focused on the physical aspects of health. A desire to bridge the gap between physical and mental, and emotional health led me to Reiki. Once I stepped on the path of becoming an energy healer, I soon realized that I had to heal myself deeply so I could guide others to do the same.

This awakening ignited something fierce within me. I discovered that everything is energy, and more importantly, that I possessed an innate gift to sense and work with this vital force. Through years of dedicated Reiki training and experiencing a shamanic initiation during my Akashic Records training, I transformed from someone who once hid in the shadows, afraid of being seen, carrying generational wounds, into a soul-level healer and powerful leader.
