I’d say a majority of my Healing came from aspects of shamanic journeys. It opened my vision because now I see spirit guides and spirit animals when working with folks.

I had an interesting pre-sleep dream or experience. I saw myself as the Green Man entering a cocoon. I emerged as Cernunnos.

I’ve had my own issues with depression for most of my life. The dark thoughts seem to strike at anytime. Yesterday was one of those days.
