I had an interesting pre-sleep dream or experience. I saw myself as the Green Man entering a cocoon. I emerged as Cernunnos.

During a healing session with a friend, i saw it needed both Ruby and Emerald to heal a section between the Root and Sacral chakras.

I did listen to my guides, and I found a “course” that talks about Spiritual Counciling – how to conduct a session, planning, etc. The may be useful. However, a course, or certification in Spiritual Guidance does not feel right. At least at the moment.

I love the feeling of receiving a good Reiki/Energy Healing session!!!

This is where i feel connected, or as a part of the ‘whole’. That under under the stars at night (the fastness of space makes my issues seem small.)

This can be a fun experience, full of knowledge, or help explain fears, phobias or instant connections to others, based on my experience.

How many of us are sober or living a life of sobeiety? It will be 37 years for me in April. I would be dead if I hadn’t stopped when I did.

Has anyone else processed trauma with EMDR? I found it to be very helpful, but it can bring up a lot of unwanted energy if you are not able to process it.

I’d love to learn how to Sleep well through the night and wake up refreshed! Insomnia and I are good friends unfortunately, as well as REM sleep disorder (I act out my dreams. For example, I have thrown myself out of bed throwing a punch asleep multiple times.)
