Yes, thankfully I have!🙌

After weeks of uncertainty, dissonance and dis-ease I have noticed the sound of clarity in my life again!

For me, the key is consistency.

So during times of uncertainty and change, I just keep “showing up.”

On my mat for yoga every morning, and to meditate every night.🧘‍♀️

It’s easy for life to throw us off the path, so I keep practicing and, through repetition, I invariably find my way back to clarity.✨
