| Intro Bio | I’m Rachel—a Body Freedom Coach, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Intuitive Reiki Master. I also work with the special needs population as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), and volunteer my time for Hospice. My life’s work is rooted in healing, connection, and compassion, guiding others to reclaim their light and come home to themselves. For over three decades, I navigated my own journey through eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, and depression. Healing wasn’t linear, but through the profound practices of breathwork, reiki, and somatic healing, I discovered a path to self-acceptance, inner peace, and wholeness. As an SLP, I’ve supported individuals in finding their voice—literally and metaphorically. My time as a hospice volunteer has shown me the sacredness of holding space for others in their most vulnerable moments. These experiences have deeply shaped my approach to healing: with empathy, gentle guidance, and unwavering presence. Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering your wholeness. |
