Hi, I’m Katherine Connors—a certified Advanced Polarity Practitioner, Hermetic Counselor, and ordained minister in Florida. My approach blends holistic counseling, intuitive physical bodywork, and energy healing grounded in the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.

I was led to this work through my own healing journey—navigating postpartum depression and emotional disconnection. I came to understand how deeply the body stores past experiences—grief, trauma, stress—and how powerfully it can heal when given the space and support.

Polarity therapy is rooted in the anatomy of energy. Each session is a full-body process that combines dialogue, guided meditation, and somatic techniques to identify where your system is off balance. I use hands-on practices—including cranial sacral-inspired touch and homeopathic suggestions—to help release what no longer serves you.

Whether you’re seeking forgiveness, clarity, or reconnection, I meet you where you are. I also offer sessions for animals, who respond beautifully to this work. Sessions are available virtually, in nature, at home, or at Spark of Divine in Vero Beach.
