Hey, welcome to my profile!

My name is Marta and I am an expanded consciousness mentor,  Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and pranayama teacher.  I also hold a Phd in the metaphysics of consciousness, meaning the transpersonal realm is my filed of study, my passion as well as my everyday home. I am also a becoming a teacher on the Hoffman Process.

My focus is to hold space for you to connect to your inner healing wisdom and guide you to create your own tools for deep self-exploration. Working with me you will journey towards a deeper connection with your true self, that lives underneath programmed patterns and social norms. You will also expand your consciousness beyond this visible material realm. You will practice diving into transpersonal experiences and you will learn how to experience life beyond the visible and integrate these in your everyday life.

When I am not doing workshops, groups or private session or retreats, you can probably find me talking about metaphysics, mystical experiences and psychedelics all around Europe.
