My Journey in a Nutshell

Years ago, I was lying awake at 3 AM, mind racing despite being exhausted. What if I told you that a breakthrough came when I discovered my sleepless nights weren’t a problem to fix, but my nervous system’s way of protecting me – and that my energy field was holding years of unexpressed emotions?

That revelation led me deep into trauma-informed nervous system work and EFT tapping, where I learned that our energy system and nervous system are beautifully interconnected. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of guiding over 200 people back to restful sleep through my Better Sleep Community program – not through force, but through gentle energy healing and nervous system regulation.

Why I’m Here

What draws me to Awakenpedia is the profound truth that we’re not meant to heal alone. I’ve witnessed the magic that happens when nervous systems support other nervous systems, and how our energy fields naturally attune to create healing spaces. When one person finds safety and clears blocked energy, it creates ripples of possibility for everyone.

Your nervous system holds infinite wisdom, and your energy system knows exactly how to heal when given the right support. When we learn to listen to both together in community, transformation happens naturally.

What I Bring

I believe deeply that your healing matters – not just for you, but for every energy field you touch. When you’re regulated and your energy is flowing freely, you become a powerful force for healing in the world. I’m excited to explore how nervous system regulation and energy work transform not just sleep, but every area of life, and how our individual awakening serves the collective raising of consciousness our world needs.
