| Intro Bio | My healing journey began in 2014 during one of the darkest seasons of my life—a true dark night of the soul. Born from trauma, much of my life had been shaped by survival, but in 2016 I made the conscious decision to fully devote myself to healing and transformation. Through spirituality, faith, energy healing, frequency work, and shamanic practices, I began reclaiming my life from the inside out. In 2020, after the devastating loss of both of my sisters and my best friend of 38 years within a short period of time, I was called to go even deeper—facing trauma, abuse, addiction, and subconscious programming at the root. That journey forged me. Today, I help others move from survival to sovereignty through healing, energetic activation, spiritual remembrance, and embodied transformation. As the Founder of Ethereal Revolution—a movement for humanity’s healing, awakening, and conscious evolution—I serve as a Spiritual Transformation Facilitator, Author, Speaker, and Medicine Woman, devoted to helping others reconnect with their truth, reclaim their power, and remember who they truly are.

| Fun Fact! | I sleep with a stuffed donkey, named Rocket a friend gave me years ago, he knew how bad I truly want a miniature donkey. He so sweetly told me “Michelle if you believe hard enough maybe one day he will turn into a real donkey!” To this day I’m still believing in my heart for beautiful things! No real miniature donkey yet, but everything else manifests quickly. |
