Growing up, I was the “sensitive one,” a highly empathic and neurocomplex child, navigating a world that often felt overwhelming. In my efforts to fit in and survive, I developed patterns and disempowering beliefs that suppressed my essential nature and dulled my multi-sensory abilities. Dissociation, disconnection, and functional anxiety were constants in my life until I began the profound journey of reconnecting with myself and using my multi-sensory gifts. Fun Fact!	I discovered my multidimensionality by observing a group of trees I’d seen hundreds of times while driving to work— until one day, as their leaves waved in the breeze, I felt sensations through my system and realized that they were communicating with me.

She was able to connect with me energetically, though we live in different countries. She was able to help me clear a long forgotten trauma from this lifetime, and a trauma from a past life in WW 1 and 2. It was very painful to revisit traumas period yet, it was absolutely blissful, a great relief! There are many fast flight workers out there period and Yolanda is certainly not one of them. She is at the light. Her method is very unique and very effective, I am grateful for her. I am very grateful for her assistance, skills and compassion. We have all had traumas, whether in this lifetime or a past one. Although we can clear some traumas or blockages on our own, for others, we do need the external help of a soul brother and sister of the light to hold a healing and loving space for us.
