      Essence Mapping: A Guided Group Hypno Journey
      How to return to your greater nature, again and again.

      This 75-minute virtual session invites you into deeper connection with your own knowing. We’ll work with the body’s natural intelligence centers: the gut, the heart, and the third eye. With breath as your anchor, you’ll be guided to follow what feels true in your body.

      As your brainwaves shift into deeper states, you’ll move through instinctual knowing in the gut, felt coherence in the heart, and clear perception through the third eye. There’s nothing to analyze. Just notice what arises.

      If your mind feels active, we’ll offer it structure. What you want to remember can go in a box on the left. Thoughts that float in can go in a box on the right. Your breath stays with you as the bridge between.

      This is a journey in becoming the primary witness to your own transformation. Let your body lead. Let your signal speak. One breath at a time, we land.
