Hi, I’m Libby — an EFT Practitioner and Mindfulness Coach with over 15 years’ experience in emotional healing and mental health.
I’m here because I know what it’s like to hold it all — the invisible mental load, the pressure to stay strong, the quiet ache of being far from home. As a mum, a woman and an expat, I’ve felt the weight of emotional exhaustion… and I’ve also felt the freedom that comes from softening, healing and coming back to myself.
Through my work, I guide individuals to reconnect with their nervous systems, their breath, and their inner wisdom. I use EFT tapping, compassionate coaching, and mindfulness practices to help release emotional overwhelm and replace self-judgment with gentleness.
This space isn’t about fixing you — it’s about holding you. It’s about creating moments of stillness, safety, and self-remembrance.
