| Intro Bio | After spending the first 40 years of my life doing things “right” and thinking I was happy, my catalyst for awakening started by losing the religion and then the marriage I’d built my entire world around. Cue dark night of the soul on multiple fronts all at once! You can imagine the cascading effects – relationships and friendships falling away, an entire future I had banked on dissolving. I spent a few years deeply sitting in the quiet and rebuilding from my truest Self, without relying on external sources of love and certainty.
