I just held a company-wide meeting… and guess who lost admin access? 😌

OUT OF MY CONTROL (a.k.a. the department I officially shut down):

– The weather acting like it needs therapy 🌦️
– People replying “k” to a 3-paragraph masterpiece 😐
– My past decisions… especially that haircut in 2020 💇‍♀️
– Time sprinting on Mondays and crawling on Fridays 🐢🐎
– Other people’s opinions (free samples nobody asked for)
– Traffic lights that turn red just to test my patience 🚦
– Group chats that wake up at 6am for no reason 📱
– Algorithms deciding my destiny like tiny digital gods 🤖
– Someone else’s bad mood trying to rent space in my head 🧠
– Plans changing last minute like a plot twist nobody approved 🎬

Now meetings are leaner, quieter… and finally productive:

IN MY CONTROL (the elite task force):

– Drinking water like my cells are on a spa retreat 💧
– Saying “no” without writing a novel about it 🎤
– Choosing peace over being right (most days… we’re evolving 😅)
– My inner voice upgrading from “what are you doing?” to “watch this”
– Who gets VIP access to my energy (waiting list is closed)
– Taking breaks before I turn into a dramatic potato
– Laughing at chaos instead of starring in it
– Protecting and valuing my time on its limited edition
– Moving my body like it’s a celebration, not a punishment
– Letting things go without writing a farewell speech or midnight thoughts

Honestly, life gets lighter when you stop trying to remote-control reality like it’s a glitchy TV 📺
