Peace: The Expensive Skill of Not Feeding Nonsense ✨😄

Peace is an interesting thing 😄

We spend years trying to “find” it like it’s hidden in a secret cave in Tibet guarded by a bald monk with Wi-Fi access and zero notifications.

But most of the time… peace arrives right after we stop feeding nonsense with our precious life force 😅

      At some point we realize:
Not every message needs an answer.
Not every opinion deserves a TED Talk response.
Not every drama deserves front row seats in our nervous system.

Some people are emotionally sponsored by chaos.
If you interact too much, suddenly you’re in episode 47 of a series you never wanted to watch 🍿

Peace is choosing what deserves your energy.
      Ignoring what steals your sleep.
      Walking away from circular conversations.
Stopping the mental habit of replaying things that already ended three emotional centuries ago.

      And the funny part?
The more peaceful we become, the more “boring” we look to people addicted to conflict 😄

      No reaction.
      No explosion.
      No performance.
Just inner silence slowly becoming stronger than external noise.

      That’s not weakness.
      That’s evolution. ✨

      • YES!!🙌 This is so true, Katia! I have found that a peaceful life can appear quite “boring” to those living outside the spiritual world, and increasingly so as my personal journey deepens.

My nervous system is not the same as it was ten years ago, and I have worked hard to rewire my brain. It’s taken years of daily practice and meditation, but I have found true peace in my life, and work hard to protect it.

So a “boring” day is a perfect day for me!✨

Thank you for posting this, Katia!!🙏♥️🫅

        • @Tori “Boring” is rarely truly boring, is it? 🌿
Sometimes the things that bring us peace, joy, meaning, energy, and aliveness simply don’t fit inside the usual world’s definition of excitement.
The places we feel at home, the conversations we treasure, the experiences that light us up from within… they may seem ordinary to others because they cannot hear the music playing inside our souls.
So let people label things with whatever vocabulary they have. That’s okay.
We speak a different language anyway. One that doesn’t need many words. A language of feeling, presence, energy, and recognition.

Sending much love your way, dear soul sis 💕
