Do You See Dead People or Feel Creepy Energies?
You’re not alone! (I was the “I see dead people” kid until almost 30… yep, real-life Sixth Sense vibes.)
If you’re feeling weird energy or sensing spirits, especially during big life changes, here’s the truth:
You’re not broken, haunted, or cursed. You’re sensitive. And that can be a gift once you learn how to handle it.1. First, Understand the Message
👉Whether these vibes are actual entities or just reflections of your own inner stuff, they usually show up for a reason. But, they can’t hurt you. They can only mess with your emotions if you let them.
So what are these experiences trying to tell you?Try this:
Breathe deeply. Observe what’s happening without freaking out.
Fear isn’t your friend here. It just makes everything louder. Awareness is your superpower.- When do these experiences happen? When I’m tired? Sad? Anxious? Poor sleep? Alcohol?
- What do I understand from this experience?
- What elements do I see, hear, smell or feel?
- Is this related or does it have any similar points to any memory, people or other facts from my past?
2. Set the Ground Rules (Seriously, You’re the Boss)
You have free will. That means nothing gets to stay in your space without your permission.
Speak it out loud or think it » calmly, kindly, firmly:
“If you have a message, share it in my dreams only.”
Or go full-on door slam mode:
“I don’t want to see, hear, feel, or sense ANYTHING until I decide otherwise.”You don’t have to fight. Just set boundaries like you would with an annoying neighbor.
3. Check Your Inner World
A lot of this is amplified by fear and old beliefs. Also by poor sleep, drugs (even when prescribed), alcohol, etc. Be aware of the full picture.
Ask yourself: What feelings come up during these experiences? What stories am I telling myself? Where did those beliefs even come from?
The more clarity you get, the less scary this becomes. Fear feeds chaos. Awareness shuts it down.4. Take Back Control (aka How to Feel Safe)
✔ Ground Yourself
Try the 4-4-4 breath: inhale 4 sec, hold 4, exhale 4. Repeat until calm.
Practice grounding (in Nature) and mindfulness (attention to present moment) as much as possible.✔ Clear the Space
- Burning incense can create a calming atmosphere. Sage, palo santo, even simple rosemary, or any other that suits you. Do it only after cleaning the room. (It could be a weekly or monthly practice).
- Try an essential oil diffuser or a soothing scented candle. It will always surprise you with a good sensation when you enter the room. It’s like a soul kiss.
The goal is to make your space feel peaceful and welcoming.
Good scents = good vibes.
When you feel the nice smell remember: “Only peace, love and light are welcome here.”✔ Set Firm Boundaries
Affirm: “Only what I allow can enter my physical or spiritual space.”
Confidence to replace fear. Every time.
(Check out the Frame Technique by Aaron Doughty » it’s gold.)✔ Make Physical Tweaks
- Rearrange your space so your bed doesn’t face the closet or the doors.
- Remove old, heavy, or low-vibe furniture and décor: anything that feels like it’s “polluting” your energy. Your bedroom should feel like a sanctuary of peace.
- Add what resonates with you: crystals, a bowl of salt, or even a glass of water to absorb unwanted energy.
Remember: messy spaces attract messy energy. Clear the clutter, clear the mind.
✔ Add Protection
- Visualize golden or white light around you daily (not just when scared).
- Quick (at least 5min) meditation in the morning and before sleep.
- Play 432 Hz or 528 Hz music softly in your room for good vibes.
✔ Still Freaked Out?
Trust your instincts. If fear escalates or your sleep is wrecked, talk to a mental health professional—lack of rest can make everything 10x worse.Final Truth
You have more power than anything trying to spook you.
Fear feeds them. Confidence ends it.
Your space. Your rules. Period.
