I used to be a full-time employee in the “Hard to Breathe Department”… until I experienced Somatic Breathwork meditation.
The hours were long, the pay was terrible, and the benefits? Chronic tension, sleepless nights, and snapping at loved ones for simply breathing too loudly. 😅
I wasn’t living. I was dodging imaginary disasters in my head all day long.
Even joy had a warning label: “⚠️ Do not trust this. Something bad is probably coming.”
Ugh.It stripped me of my sparkle, disconnected me from people I love, and turned my mind into a 24/7 anxiety radio station. 📻
But then… I found breathwork and meditation.
And it was like someone finally handed me the remote and said,
“Babe, you can change the channel.” 😮💨✨The breath, this simple, free, always-available superpower, became my lifeline back to peace, presence, and playfulness.
Seriously, I wish I had started years ago.Be prepared to experience the most energetic and immersive experience. It’s recommended to do it each 3 months. Monthly practice can be done when awakening process is in motion but with caution.
