Katia Costa posted an update 2 days ago (edited) ✨ Life keeps holding up mirrors and calling them “other people.”Ever noticed that what we feel about what we see says more about us than about what we’re looking at? We don’t see the world as it is.We see it as we are, through the filters of our mood, memories, insecurities, hopes, and caffeine levels. ☕ - That person who irritates us might just be reflecting our own impatience.
- The confident one who gets on our nerves might be showing the version of ourselves we haven’t allowed to exist yet.
- That calm soul who doesn’t seem to care about anything? Maybe they’re reminding us that we could chill… if we wanted to.
The world works like a spiritual search engine. Type “insecurity,” and it’ll show us ten examples before lunch. Type “gratitude,” and suddenly everything glows. So when something or someone triggers us, maybe it’s not about them. Maybe it’s life saying, “Hey, here’s a mirror. Ready to look?” 🪞 Because the real growth isn’t in changing what we see. It’s in recognizing that the world is simply reflecting our inner playlist… one song, one feeling, one reaction (or one response) at a time.
