      Growing is...

When you grow, you change from the inside.

And suddenly, the audience becomes optional.

Support, applause, criticism, judgment, understanding, approval… all of it slowly loses its starring role.

Inner growth does not happen on a stage.

It happens backstage, in sweatpants, having very honest conversations with yourself.

Growing up internally is like updating your operating system.

      Some apps stop working.

      Others get deleted without ceremony.

And the need for constant validation quietly uninstalls itself. 🔧✨

When you grow, you stop outsourcing your worth.

You realize your inner self is not a focus group.

It does not need votes, likes, or consensus.

It needs clarity. It needs integrity. Sometimes it just needs a nap.

      People may cheer.

      People may boo.

Some will misunderstand the plot entirely.

That is fine. Growth is not a performance review.

When you grow, you are no longer asking, “Do you approve of me?”

You are asking, “Do I recognize myself?”

      And that question changes everything.
