Intro Bio	I started my journey looking for my own healing of Endometriosis. I found kundalini yoga and had a kundalini awakening in 2020. This lead me through my own healing path. I am a certified kundalini yoga instructor by Guru Singh form kundalini university and certified by Venant Wong as KAP (Kundalini Activation Process Facilitator.) I have a Masters in Speech Language Pathology working for over 25 years in nursing homes in Miami. I am the founder of kundalini astral journey academy teaching people how to become facilitators to continue expanding awareness how to teach people to connect with their own power of consciousness
Fun Fact!	I love the ocean keep me grounded and cleans my energy . I travel the world surfing and I go to the ocean everyday day as I live by Miami Beach

Very important before the session:

Keep hydrated. Kundalini is a light force and transmits better when the body is well hydrated.
No caffeine before the session.
Do not eat anything dense 2- 3 hours before the session. If you feel that you are very hungry, eat something light, like fruits or juices. Much better if you come fasting.
Do not consume any type of drugs or alcohol 24 hours before the session.
Wear Comfortable clothes.
Try to arrive 10 minutes before the time.
Please bring your mat.

Some music will be played, just lay down in your yoga mat, Palms facing the sky to receive, eyes closed and be ready to surrender!
