And though it may feel earth-shatteringly lonely… Let me assure you. You are not alone.

I’ve been there too. Oh my goodness, have I been there!

I spent over a decade climbing the corporate digital media ladder. I became part of a well-oiled propaganda machine, helping others build their castles in the sky.

Contrary to popular belief; money, status, and material goods did not buy me happiness.

Drug and alcohol abuse distracted me for a while.

But the truth is, beneath the perfect facade; I felt lost, depleted, and desperate to express my true nature.

Simultaneously, I began exploring the diverse worlds of yoga and meditation. I viscerally remember the first time I became fully aware of the sensation of breathing in my body. And I knew there was no turning back.

Countless yoga teacher trainings and many years later, on a silent meditation retreat, I allowed the truth to permeate me.

My inner voice was speaking loud and clear. The cost of ignoring it was becoming too high. It was time to walk a new path, guided by the wild wisdom within.

And so I did. Step by empowered step, I found my voice…

Over time, I divorced my husband as compassionately as possible, exited my corporate career, transitioned into working as a full-time yoga & wellness teacher, launched my own businesses, sold my home ownership share, shed most of my belongings, and left my home in Canada to travel the world and live abroad.

That was over 7 years ago.

I enriched my personal healing and professional study with sound healing and voice activation trainings, shamanic arts, indigenous wisdom initiations, and plant medicine work.

I began to truly RISE & THRIVE, both as a student and as a teacher.

And it is my great joy to pass the torch, to guide you in developing embodied awareness, and empowered expression in all aspects of your life – to support you in alchemizing the breakdown into a breakthrough.
