I am a Somatic Intimacy Coach who is certified in Somatic Sexology & Trauma, working both with private clients & groups.

My trainings and certifications spread across different modalities which I weave together such as , Sexological Bodywork & Somatic Sex Coaching & Education, Somatic Internal Family Systems, Permaculture Design, Trauma Recovery, The Right use of Power, TRE – Tension & Trauma Release Exercises, the Wheel of Consent, Self Pleasure Coaching, Genital Mapping, Body Focusing & Body Poem.

I work with men & women as well as couples, supporting them with shedding shame around their sexuality, working through intimacy challenges, cultivating embodiment & recovering from trauma. Absolutely everything is welcome in our sessions, we can only meet ourselves with compassion if we have received this from another & often the parts of us which we carry the most shame around are the parts of us that deeply desire integration.
