I’m Jasmine Gajare — a certified Yoga Therapist, Pilates Teacher, and Associate Pranic Healer with over 10 years of experience in guiding people toward a healthier, more balanced life. My journey began as a formal National Yoga Championship player. But what truly captured my heart was the deeper, therapeutic and spiritual side of yoga. That calling led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy — where science meets tradition in healing. Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge and training to include accreditation from Yoga Alliance USA as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, with specializations in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga and Kids Yoga. I’m also a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, trained in mat, reformer, and equipment-based Pilates — helping clients build core strength, stability, and postural awareness. And as an Associate Certified Pranic Healer, I’ve worked hands-on with both physical and advanced psychological energy cases, supporting people in releasing blockages and restoring inner balance. What sets my approach apart is how I combine these three powerful modalities — Yoga Therapy, Pilates, and Pranic Healing — to offer a truly holistic path to wellness. For my pre-natal days, she taught me and my friend breathing techniques and exercises that will help us in our labour process. For post- natal days, as I have backache, she will focus the sessions in strengthening my back. I find the sessions effective for both my physical and mental health. Thank you!

| Reviews | Nikita Asthana I met Jasmine in my second trimester and did private prenatal yoga classes with her until the last day before delivering my baby. I continue to do postnatal sessions now. Jasmine has a gentle yet persistent way of coaching. She constantly asks about pains/aches/energy levels and customises sessions accordingly. Yoga classes with her really helped me in staying active and moving throughout my pregnancy and are helping me now in restoring and restrengthening my body post delivery.
