Hi and welcome.

I never thought I’d be here, but here I am. My journey has led me to this place today.

You see, I wasn’t always on this path. I used to be homeless, deep in debt, and addicted to anything that would numb my pain – you name it I tried it; sex, alcohol, drugs, media, work, the gym, food, porn, football. Sure, they worked for a little bit, but I was always left feeling empty after – I was running from myself, trying everything to escape what I carried inside.

Then, the death of my best friend right in front of me shook something deep within. It cracked me open and awakened me to who I truly am. That was the moment I stopped running and started seeking. I began learning about the subconscious mind, facing my shadows, uncovering the false stories I had told myself, and slowly reprogramming and healing what I once thought was wrong.

Now, I dedicate my life to empowering others to experience what I’ve experienced — that life can be beautiful, that life can feel perfect, and that we were whole all along.

Through techniques that personally worked for me, I aim to guide you back to your true self, so you too can release what no longer serves you and step fully into your own truth and power.

I am now a qualified Counsellor, EFT, CBT, mindfulness, Angelic Reiki practitioner and a qualified Pranayama Breathwork Instructor. I am also a qualified Soul Doula who empowers people on their end of life journey, emotionally, spiritually and holistically. I have also written a book called, ‘The Awakening of Death’ and I am a professional public speaker.
