Intro Bio

Hello and welcome! I’m Meg, and I support women who are ready to step into deep, transformative healing – the kind that happens in spaces of stillness, presence, and soul remembrance. My work is rooted in the nervous system, shaped by the sacred, and grounded in the truth that your body already knows the way forward.

Over the years, I’ve walked with hundreds of women through grief, trauma, life transitions, and spiritual awakenings. I hold space with a calm, steady presence and a fierce trust in your inner wisdom. My approach blends somatic psychotherapy, trauma resolution, ceremony, and earth-based practices to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been buried, silenced, or waiting to exhale.

Many of the people I work with have done meaningful talk therapy and are ready to explore what’s held in the body, the spirit, and the nervous system. You’ve done the therapy. You’re self-aware. You’re also still carrying something heavy, and you know it’s time to let it go.

Whether through Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a personal intensive, or a multi-day retreat in Ireland or Puerto Rico, my spaces are designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and release what no longer serves. This is work that is sacred, embodied, and honest. It is not about fixing you. It is about returning to your wholeness.

I have training in Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, EFT Tapping, expressive therapies, and trauma-informed use of psychedelics. My lens is integrative and intuitive. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, and I’m licensed in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, and Florida.

At this time, I’m called to hold space in deeper, more immersive ways. I’m currently offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, 3-hour, daylong, and multi-day intensives, and retreat experiences in sacred locations like Puerto Rico and Ireland. If your soul is asking for space, stillness, and transformation, I would be honored to walk beside you.

If your body is whispering that it’s time, I’d love to meet you there.

Fun Fact!

I birthed all 4 of my babies at home in water!

An Invitation into a Different Kind of Healing |

If you’ve been carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, or trauma and traditional paths haven’t brought the relief you hoped for, you’re not alone, and you’re not out of options.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a powerful doorway into healing. This legal, safe medicine has been shown to gently interrupt patterns of suffering and open up new pathways in the brain and nervous system. People often describe a softening of inner noise, a lifting of heaviness, and an increased sense of perspective or clarity, sometimes within hours, with effects that can last days or even weeks.

More than just a quick fix, ketamine supports the brain’s natural ability to rewire. It can create space for new insights, greater emotional flexibility, and a sense of reconnection with self, especially when held in a safe and intentional container.

In my practice, ketamine isn’t a shortcut. It’s a sacred tool we use together, combined with deep presence, body-based therapy, and integration support. If your system is asking for something different, something deeper, this might be a path for you.

Therapy Intensives for Deep, Focused Healing | 3-6 Hours (or multi-day) plus 2x 45 Minute Sessions | Starting at $1,500

Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t enough. Therapy intensives offer a powerful way to dive deeper, move through stuck places, and reconnect with yourself. At your own pace.

Therapy intensives are extended, personalized sessions that allow you to work deeply without the stop-and-start of traditional weekly therapy. Whether you’re feeling stuck, wanting to accelerate your progress, or exploring a specific theme, intensives create space for sustained focus and transformation.

Therapy intensives can stand alone or complement ongoing weekly work. Many clients choose intensives as a meaningful adjunct to their existing therapy, much like how clients utilize Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with us. They’re ideal for creating momentum, shifting long-held patterns, or working through something that feels “bigger” than the 50-minute format allows.

Our intensives are rooted in somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and nervous system regulation practices. Every session is co-created with your goals and your nervous system in mind.

Every intensive includes:

  • A 20-minute complimentary consultation to determine fit and goals
  • Pre-session materials to prepare your nervous system and clarify core work
  • A 45-minute preparation session
  • A 3 to 6-hour in-person or virtual session
  • A blend of talk therapy, somatic work, and trauma-informed tools
  • A 45-minute integration session within a week or 2 to help solidify your insights

Optional Add-On:

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) intensives
  • Retreat-based therapy intensives in New York, Puerto Rico and Ireland

Come spend a day with us in a professionally facilitated Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy workshop created for real healing, not just coping.

This one-day experience is designed to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the kind of insight that actually changes how you live. We move slowly and intentionally through three parts: grounded preparation, a guided ketamine experience in a calm and supported setting, and structured integration so you can make meaning of what arises and bring it into your everyday life.

This workshop is for adults who feel stuck in anxiety, depression, trauma patterns, or an old loop that talking about it has not been able to shift. If you are craving something deeper than talk therapy alone, this is an invitation into that next layer.

Meg Tobin has insight, intuition, and is brilliant at ferreting out the underlying issues and at brining you to new revelations that are life changing. I’ve spent 40 years off and on in therapy with no meaningful change or Insight and had given up hope for lasting change…. until Meg.

She is gifted and is a life-long learner, always looking for new ways to reach people. Anything she offers or does is worth doing. She is endlessly inventive and has brought about much change and growth for me. She is trauma informed so she’s been there and back to help us find our way out.

It was helpful knowing / trusting that whatever happened was ok, even if it didn’t make sense what happened during the K journey.  Being in a group helped me trust in the process of the K dose.  It was like traveling or watching a movie of different places with incredible visual effects!  After, it was helpful to have the silence and time to process, as well as being able to speak and sort it out eventually.

In the days following, it felt like I had more confidence in myself and my progress in counseling.  It also helped me be easier on myself, let go of things and be more accepting and grateful!  I think what changed was a general ease of well being and I opened up to feeling more empowered to move forward in my life!

This retreat was a beautiful container to hold space for a new paradigm of sisterhood. In this safe container, I was able to transcend constraints of my socialization as a woman which points us towards jealousy and competitiveness towards other women, and bask in the womb of empathy freely given and received. When women gather in this way, we can move mountains. Very inspirational!

Attending the women’s retreat in Sligo Ireland was a fantastic experience, made even more powerful by the guidance of Meg and Amanda. With their wisdom, warmth, and humor, they created a safe and supportive space where we could open up, explore the deeper parts of ourselves, and process them with care. They held space for both vulnerability and joy, reminding us that healing comes not just through reflection but also through laughter and shared connection.

Surrounded by Ireland’s breathtaking landscape, we walked, listened, and grew together as a group. I did not know any of the other participants before arriving. I left with new life long friends. The retreat offered a beautiful balance of nature, introspection, and community, leaving me feeling inspired, grounded, and grateful. Meg and Amanda’s ability to hold both the light and the shadow with grace made this experience truly transformative. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking renewal and deep connection.
