      I’m thrilled to announce I have completed Karuna® Reiki Master training.

      Karuna means compassionate action—the natural movement of love expressed in healing. This lineage deepens my Usui practice with advanced symbols, sound/toning, and trauma-informed techniques that support release, heart expansion, and accelerated integration.
