I don’t sleep at all; I listen to meditations all night instead.
I also practiced Yoga Nidra every night for several years but still struggle with Night Terrors so I haven’t slept well in over six years.

Do you use cinnamon as well?
I have heard that cinnamon is often used in abundance spells, and for joy and peace in the home, but I have not yet tried it.
