Rewriting old patterns and learning to manage my thoughts and emotions will be something that I may always need to do and, as I have experienced, will require practice.
But rewiring the mind, and learning to eliminate destructive self-talk is worth the work, time and energy.
So I might be on ‘B’ for a very long time, Corina!❤️
