Hi my loves! I’m Shelby, and like many of you, my awakening came after experiencing both physical and emotional trauma. By the time I was sixteen, I had been diagnosed with three autoimmune diseases, which I now understand were rooted in the emotional trauma I had stored in my body. By age 23, I had undergone multiple surgeries, had a growing stomach mass, and was facing the early stages of liver and kidney failure from the harmful effects of pharmaceutical medications.

In search of alternatives, I turned to my spirituality, which guided me to explore holistic practices to heal my mind, body, and spirit. Through meditation, trauma healing, breathwork, and natural remedies, I’ve been in remission for over four years. It’s been a challenging journey to say the lead, but ultimately it has lead me to you.
