I’m Rhys Gillett, a guide, a mirror, and a fellow traveler on the path of self-realization. My path to coaching began the same way many transformation journeys do – through struggle, healing, and the desire to understand who I really am. My work is rooted in one simple truth: within every person lives an infinite well of potential waiting to be remembered.

For years, I lived with subconscious patterns that shaped my relationships, my confidence, and the way I saw the world. Breaking free required a willingness to listen internally, integrate old beliefs, and learning to hold parts of myself I had repressed.

As I healed, I felt called to help others do the same.

That calling became Discover You Coaching. My intention is to help others dissolve those familiar patterns, reclaim their power, and step into a life shaped by intention, alignment, and possibility.

The way I work is not about giving you a list of tools or strategies to “fix” yourself; because I don’t believe you’re broken. I believe you are a spiritual being, limitless and full of boundless potential. At your core, you are the living embodiment of love itself.

But over time, we all have developed protective mechanisms; deeply ingrained patterns formed in childhood that helped us survive but now quietly shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These patterns live in the subconscious, and often become the very blocks that keep us from living fully. I want to turn how you learned to survive into how you now thrive.
