My work weaves together intuitive wisdom and lived experience to open pathways of ease, creativity, and resonance in life.

I am a Transformational CPC with over 13 years of experience and a Woman-Centered Coach (accreditation pending), and at the heart of my work is one simple truth: when we reconnect with our deeper knowing, everything begins to flow with more clarity, alignment, and ease.

I grew up in Australia and began my professional life in the hospitality industry. Then, in the winter of 1990, a trip to New York changed everything. The moment I arrived, I was struck with an overwhelming sense of familiarity – as if I had come home. I intuitively knew New York was where I was meant to be, and following that inner pull became the conscious beginning of my spiritual path.

For more than 20 years, I worked in high-pressure corporate environments as a trusted Executive Assistant to senior leaders. In those roles, my intuition became my strongest asset – knowing what needed attention before it was spoken, staying calm under pressure, and keeping focus on what truly mattered. That gift of intuitive awareness became the foundation of what I share today: helping others access their own inner wisdom so they can make aligned, meaningful decisions even in times of complexity and change.

Like many, I’ve also learned what happens when we ignore that wisdom. For me, it looked like stress, burnout, anxiety, and disconnection. But reconnecting with my intuition brought me back to clarity, creativity, and joy. It reminded me that intellect and intuition aren’t meant to compete. They’re meant to work together. This is the essence of my work: helping people return to their true centre, move beyond overwhelm, and step into inspired action and flow.

Alongside my corporate career, I’ve spent more than 30 years immersed in intuitive development, metaphysics, and spiritual study. From my early days with the Australian Spiritual Healers Association and working at the Bodhi Tree Bookstore in Los Angeles, to training at the Holistic Studies Institute in New York, and eventually becoming a Certified Professional Coach, I’ve always been drawn to weaving together practical strategy and deep spiritual alignment. Out of this lifelong exploration, I developed my own approach, the Soul Aligned Resonance™ process, to support lasting growth both personally and professionally.

Now, based in London, I continue to bring together decades of corporate experience, spiritual study, and intuitive practice. My life has become an ongoing expression of trust in intuitive wisdom, shaped by faith in a benevolent Universe and the willingness to align with its flow.
