I’m Dr. Erin, a Holistic Wellness & Attachment Guide who helps anxiety-prone helpers, healers, & energetically sensitive empaths learn how to get out of their head & into their body – so they can feel grounded, emotionally regulated & securely attached in life, love & leadership.

For most of my life, anxiety ran the show. I was that overthinking empath who felt & absorbed EVERYTHING – everyone’s moods, energies, & emotions – yet I had no idea how to manage it. And while I looked calm on the outside but inside, my nervous system was on fire. I was stuck in a spiral of inner chaos which felt miserable – I was SO lost and disconnected from myself.

Though, everything shifted the day I was introduced to *mindful breathing*. That single breathwork session cracked open my healing path, and eventually led me to earn a PhD in Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, & Relational Leadership, along with certifications in Breathwork, Integrated Attachment Theory, Nutrition & Yoga.

Now I teach others the tools that changed my life – blending science, spirituality, & somatic healing to help you recondition old attachment patterns, regulate your emotions, strengthen your intuition, & rebuild trust with your *Self*.

To me, healing your attachment style is more than a psychological concept – it’s spiritual practice. Emotional regulation is the bridge between your mind, body, & spirit – it’s how we reclaim our energy, protect our auric field, and come back home to the truth of who we are: calm, confident & connected.

My approach is grounded in *getting into the body* – mentally, emotionally, physically, & spiritually – because that’s how we access the subconscious mind, where true healing begins. When we live from the neck up, we stay trapped in anxious thought loops – but when we drop into the body, we enter the gateway to deep awareness, regulation, & transformation.

As an astrologer in training, I weave astrology into every session I facilitate. I see astrology as the language of energy – a map of your soul’s lessons & an invitation to live in rhythm with the cosmos. It’s not about predicting your fate; it’s about learning to surf the wave of energy rather than get pummeled by it. I use astrology as a tool for self-development, energetic hygiene & aligning your emotions and energy with divine timing.

At the heart of my work is one core truth: every relationship in your life mirrors the relationship you have with your *Self*.
