Hello Everyone!

I’m really happy to be here!  I did not make a conscious choice to dive into spiritual awakening and transformation, I’d rather say I was unexpectedly invited, if only I could have seen it that way back then!

Over 20 years ago, I experienced a surge of energy up my spine and into my head that began an unravelling process that took me into the depths of darkness, isolation, unimaginable fear, and radically shifted my consciousness.  This took me years to work through as the physical energy I experienced in the body was extraordinarily difficult.  I never thought it would end! I could only think about pushing it away.

Even in my resistance, the awareness continued to grow, and eventually it became so large I needed time to adjust.  There are no words to describe this, I simply witnessed a transformation of perception which altered my viewpoint of the world around me.  I went from tunnel vision and a centered pointed self to a vast expansive view.  There was no physical sensation of feeling separate.  I was everywhere and everything.  I no longer experience the world the way I used to.  I am forever changed.  It seems life is now an outward expression, constantly extending itself in all directions.

After all this time, and looking back on the process, I can see it so much clearer.  The stages involved, each one precisely leading to the next one, preparing me for what was to come.  However, in the midst of such change, I was flailing around terrified of the unknown journey before me.

Now, not only do I share my personal journey, but I work one-on-one with people struggling with awakening.  It’s not all bells and whistles, and I bring reassurance to those that need extra support during the process.  I am not a therapist, a coach, or anything like that.  I have simply walked the path and can offer guidance, support, and insight for others going through their own unique spiritual journey.

I also do a weekly podcast, LIVE LIKE EDEN, and have a blog discussing all the topics of awakening, spirituality, the ego mind, natural health and healing, the energetic world, and anything else that happens to grab my attention surrounding our journey to discover who we truly are.
