Billy Pinkerton is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and sound healer who helps people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build resilience from the inside out. His work is grounded in lived experience, not theory.

Before entering the wellness space, Billy owned and operated his own insurance business. While outwardly successful, years of stress, pressure, and disconnection took a toll on his body and well-being. As a former college baseball player, he also carried the imprint of injuries, surgeries, and pushing through pain…experiences that left him disconnected from his body and dysregulated.

Yoga became the doorway back. What began as physical rehabilitation evolved into a deeper practice of awareness, breath, and nervous system healing. After completing his yoga teacher training in 2017, Billy immersed himself in the study of breathwork and sound healing, exploring how breath, vibration, and rhythm can shift the body and mind out of fight-or-flight and into safety, clarity, and coherence.

For seven years, Billy lived on the road doing van life, deepening his relationship with simplicity, nature, and embodied presence. That chapter refined his teaching style and life. Living a minimalist lifestyle, connecting to nature, stillness, and rooted in direct experience.

Now based in Orange County, Billy offers breathwork, sound meditation and yoga sessions designed to get people out of their heads and into their bodies.
