Years ago, I stood in front of a microphone with my band, singing my heart out… and what I remember most is not perfection. It’s the courage it took to show up.

There was a time when I doubted my voice.
A time when I wondered if I was too much… or not enough.

But something in me kept saying, sing anyway.

Looking back now, I can see that every moment I chose to express myself — even imperfectly — was part of my healing. Every song, every shaky step, every brave yes helped me come home to myself.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop listening to the voices that say we can’t…
and let our own soul lead instead.
