• Three generations held in one small moment.

      Me with my Aunt Pat, and my son Rylan when he was just a baby — a picture that carries so much more than what the eye can see.

      I look at this now and feel the tenderness of family lines… the ones who came before me, the ones who walked beside me, and the little ones I was learning to nurture and guide.

      There is something sacred about remembering where we come from. Not everything in a family story is easy, but there are threads of love, resilience, laughter, and belonging woven through it all.

      I am learning to bless the generations before me and nurture the ones after me — with more presence, more compassion, and more love.
