Some evenings the world feels heavy and quiet. I’ve learned to step outside, put a hand on my heart, and let one gentle breath become a bridge to tomorrow. Dawn always finds a way through—sometimes as a phone call you didn’t expect, a fresh yes inside your chest, a child’s laugh, or the courage to take one next loving step.
