• Keep Going!

Some days feel like crossing a river on wobbly stones—you choose a rock, slip a little, and want to turn back. I’ve had launches flop, fences fall, conversations go sideways. For a long time I called those moments “failures.” Now I call them feedback. Each one teaches me where to place my foot next.

My practice when I feel discouraged: soften my shoulders, hand on heart, three slow breaths. Then I ask, “What’s the next loving step?” Not ten steps—just one. That’s how we cross: step, learn, adjust, repeat. Before we know it, solid ground.

If you’re mid-river today, keep going. Your courage is building the path beneath you.
