• Feeling Grateful

Today I’m pausing with a hand on my heart and letting gratitude do what it does best—soften, steady, and open me.

I’m thankful for family laughter around a crowded table, for grandkids hugs that smell like fresh air, for the Healing Herd and the quiet wisdom they offer. I’m grateful for the clients and friends who sit with me in Sacred Circles, for the brave conversations, for repair and fresh starts. And I’m grateful for the breath in my lungs—one more chance to choose love.

If today holds both joy and ache, you’re not alone. Let’s bless what is, and trust what’s becoming.

What are three things you’re grateful for right now?
