• Jerry's Ripple

When I look at this photo, I can almost hear Jerry’s laugh and feel his steady presence in the room.

Jerry White didn’t just build a business—he built people. He had this way of seeing “who you really were” long before you could see it for yourself. When he looked at you, you felt believed in, not because of what you’d accomplished, but because of the goodness and potential he already saw inside you.

      Jerry honored people.
      He honored health.
He honored integrity, family, and faithfulness in the small, daily choices.

It showed up in the way he listened without rushing. In the late-night phone calls when someone was discouraged. In the quiet, practical support he’d offer without making a big deal of it. He celebrated every win, no matter how small, and when things were hard, he’d remind us, “This is just feedback. We’ll learn, adjust, and keep going—together.”

Because Jerry chose to honor “people over profit” and “service over ego”, lives were changed. Families found hope. Health was restored. Confidence grew where there had once been only doubt. He introduced me to the ASEA Family and walked beside me as I grew—patiently, generously, always believing my dream was possible.

His legacy lives on in moments like this: gathered around a cozy living room, sharing stories, dreaming bigger, supporting one another. Every conversation, every act of kindness, every person who now turns around to mentor someone else… that’s Jerry’s ripple, still moving out into the world.

Jerry, thank you for the way you honored us.
Your life continues to bless everyone it touches. I feel you in the courage we summon, the hope we share, and the way we keep choosing to show up for each other.

Here’s to carrying your legacy forward—with the same heart you poured into us.
